摘　　要：本文对2012年前8个月我国总体消费形势及波动特征进行了回顾,分析了我国现阶段消费需求的特征及影响因素,认为在当前汽车销量增速下滑、食品消费价格上涨、消费者满意指数不断走低的背景下,伴随着住房市场回暖及保障房的陆续交付使用,建材装潢材料及家具市场将保持上涨,2012年第四季度我国消费需求仍将处于上涨过程,但增幅缩小。政府可以通过持续提高低收入群体收入水平、扩大服务性消费、提高社会保障水平、营造良好的消费环境等方式,鼓励居民健康、适度、合理地消费。This paper reviews the China＇s overall consumption status, volatility characteristics, analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of China＇s consumer demand .Facing the decline of car sales growth, rising of food prices, and unsatisfactory of consumers, etc. China＇s consumption demand will still be in the process of rising in the fourth quarter of 2012, because of building materials and decoration materials and furniture market will keep rising. The government should be continue to improve the level of income of low-income group, enlarge the service consumption, raise the level of social security, and create a good environment for consumption, to encourage residents to health, moderate, and reasonable consumer.
