淀粉模板法制备具有多级孔结构的氧化硅陶瓷

摘　　要：采用定向凝固制备淀粉模板,并结合硅溶胶制备具有多级孔系统的孔单向排列氧化硅陶瓷。实验结果表明:多孔氧化硅陶瓷完整地保存了淀粉模板的结构,沿冰晶生长方向孔单向排列,沿垂直于冰晶生长方向孔呈网状结构。随着浸渍时间增加,氧化硅加载量增加,陶瓷壁增厚,介孔孔径、比表面积、微孔体积减小,介孔体积增大。Hierarchically porous silica ceramics with unidirectionally aligned channel morphology were synthesized by using soluble starch monoliths as template.The results show these resulting products preserved template microstructure both in perpendicular and parallel directions of the ice front.With the immersion time increasing,silica loading,the wall of porous ceramics and volume of mescopore have increased and the size of mescopore,BET surface area and volume of micropore have decreased.
