摘　　要：欧洲债务危机持续恶化,欧美国家主权信用降级,以及新兴市场增长减缓、内需不足等问题均使全球经济陷入新的困局。主权财富基金面临巨大挑战,作为国际金融市场重要的机构投资者该如何应对危机?本文着重分析亚洲主权财富基金面对困境的调整措施,以期探寻主权财富基金运作的新规律。The European debt crisis is steadily worsening, the sovereign credit ranking of Europe and the U- nited States downgrade, as well as emerging market growth slowed and insufficient domestic demand , all drive the global economy into a new dilemma. As an important institutional investors in international financial mar- kets, Sovereign Wealth Funds face with a huge challenge , how to deal with the crisis？ The article focused on the analysis of the adjustment measures of Asian Sovereign Wealth Funds in the face of the plight , in order to ex- plore the operation of the new law of Sovereign Wealth Funds.
