摘　　要：程控器是可靠完成弹射救生过程的核心控制部件,为了确保其可靠工作,使之处于良好的工作状态,提高系统的弹射救生效能,设计了一种能够完成程控器检测保障的系统;通过分析程控器的工作原理确定了测试系统整体方案,详细论述了硬件电路和软件的设计过程,整套设备操作简便,性能可靠,对于提高部队对弹射救生装备的维护保障水平,具有十分重要的意义;实验结果表明,关键参数的检测准确度可达97%以上。The program controller is the core control part of ejection lifesaving. In order to make sure it can work reliably, be in a good condition and enhance the ejection lifesaving efficiency, a test system to test and maintenance the program controller is developed. By analy- zing the program controller＇s working principles, we confirm the whole designing project, and describe the hardware circuit and software flow chart, the equipment operates conveniently, having a reliable performance. The research findings in the paper are conducive to advance the troops＇ level of maintaining the ejection lifesaving equipment, which is of great significance. The results show that the key data accuracy can reach more than 97%.
