摘  要:文章简要地介绍了多通道记录器的总体组成;该弹载记录器以FPGA作为主控芯片,实现72通道的数据采集;重点介绍了基于AD8031遥测采编器的设计尤其是采集板卡的设计;针对采集板卡中存在的单电源供电运放存在的震荡问题提出了有效的解决方案即在一级模拟开关运放后串联100欧姆的电阻;通过实验结果图,可观察到震荡消失,且对后续电路没有造成影响;该采编器采取解决该方案之后,经过了高低温和振动试验,工作稳定,震荡消失。该方法已用于以后弹载记录仪的设计和生产中。The composition of recorder is briefly introduced in the paper. The missile--borne recorder takes FPGA as the main control chip and realizes data acquisition of 72 channels. The remote acquisition device based on AD8031 is introduced with emphasis especially the design of acquisition card. The data acquisition card is in the presence of single power supply operational amplifier shock problem and the pa- per puts forward the effective solutions. Through put a resistance of 100 ohms after the amplifier behind analog switch to solve the problem. which has no impact on the subsequent circuit. The acquisition device works stably and the shock disappears after using the solution in high temperature and vibration tests. The method has been used in the design of later missile--borne recorder.
