泥鳅的Ag-NORs带和C带研究

摘　　要：泥鳅的染色体组型为 2 n=50 =8m+6sm+3 6t;具有 2对 Ag-NORs分别位于 sm3和 t3两对染色体的长臂端部 ;其深染 C带区可以分为着丝粒 C带和臂端 C带两类 ;前者位于部分染色体的着丝部位 ,后者与 Ag-NORs相对应 .The karyotype of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is 2n=50=8m+6sm+36t ;two pairs of Ag NORs located on the long arm terminal of 3sm and 3t.The darkly stained C band divided into two kinds.One is corresponding to the centromeres of some chromosomes,and the other corresponding to the Ag NORs.No sex related character was observed.
