摘  要:本文介绍了适合高精度红外测温的低功耗SoC芯片结构和性能,完成红外数据采集和信号处理功能。本文还阐述了SoC芯片在红外测温系统中的软硬件设计,并进一步说明了SoC设计在红外测温应用中所需的红外传感器与模拟前端电路的原理。红外传感器所产生的红外辐射信号经过放大、滤波、Σ-Δ ADC模数变换后经SoC芯片数据处理,在液晶显示器上显示出测试结果。实验表明,红外耳温计分辨率达到了0.01℃,能够准确、快速的测量耳温,适合家庭、医院或机场的体温检查站使用。In this paper, the architecture and features of the proposed low power SoC which is suitable for infrared temperature measurement are introduced, infrared data acquisition and signal processing were fulfilled by the SoC. Hardware and software design for the infrared temperature measurement on SoC are described. The principles of infrared sensor and analog frontend design in SoC design for infrared temperature measurement application are explained in detail. The infrared ray signal is detected by the infrared sensor, amplification, filtering, ∑ -△ A/D conversion, data processing by the SoC and then the measured result is displayed on LCD. The experiment result shows that the resolution of the infrared temperature meter reached 0.01 ℃, and achieved the goal to measure ear cavity accurately and rapidly. The solution is suitable for housing service, hospital care and check points set up at an airport.
