摘　　要：白细胞介素18(IL-18)作为一种前炎症细胞因子,参与了2型糖尿病及其微血管病变的发生、发展。IL-18在胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病病程的发展,可能起到中心介质的作用。IL-18水平变化不但对2型糖尿病及其微血管并发症的预后和临床治疗的评估有一定的价值,也为防治糖尿病及其并发症提供了新的研究方向。现就IL-18与2型糖尿病及其微血管病变的相关性做一综述。Interleukin 18（IL-18） as a proinflammatory cytokine involved in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes and microvascular disease. IL-18 in the course of the development of insulin resistance and diabetes may play the role of media center. IL-18 levels not only have a certain value on the assessment of prognosis and clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes and microvascular disease complications and provides a new research direction for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications. The following review about progress in relationship of IL-18 to type 2 diabetes and diabetes capillary pathological changes.
