摘　　要：介绍一种传输速率为 5 3kbps的声码器 ,它采用代数码本激励线性测编码算法 ,采用了高效的码本结构、码本搜索技术 ,并用AD公司的定点数字信号处理芯片ADSP2 181加以实时实现。This paper introduces a 5 3 kbps speech coder which takes algebraic code excited linear predictive coding algorithm The authors use an efficient code structure and code searching technology,and implement it with ADSP2181
