摘  要:研究了两步法制备泡沫镁合金的工艺,考察了发泡剂、增粘剂及Al加入量对泡沫镁合金结构的影响。结果表明,通过控制发泡剂、增粘剂及Al加入量,采用两步法工艺可以制备出结构均匀、孔隙率高的泡沫镁合金。发泡剂或增粘剂的加入量过高或过低时,泡沫镁合金中会出现无泡实体或较大气体空腔的缺陷。当合金熔体中不添加Al时,泡沫镁合金中普遍存在气孔大小不均匀的现象;加入2%~6%的Al后,合金熔体的倾倒流动性提高,泡沫镁合金的气孔大小基本均匀一致。随着发泡剂或增粘剂加入量的增加,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率先增大后减小,当发泡剂加入量为2%或增粘剂加入量为0.1%时,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率最大。随着熔体中Al加入量的增加,泡沫镁合金的孔隙率逐渐增大。Preparation of foamed magnesium alloy by two-stage process was conducted, and effects of addition of foaming agent, viscosity-increament agent and Al on structure of foamed magnesium alloy were investigated. Experimental results show that foamed magnesium alloy with uniform structure and high porosity can be obtained by controlling the addition of foaming agent, viscosity-increament agent and Al. With the addition of foaming agent or viscosity-increament agent far more or far less, bubble-free layer and large gas cavity can be observed in foamed magnesium alloy. Heterogeneous structure in foamed magnesium alloy is a common phenomenon without Al addition in melt. With the addition of 2%~6% Al, dumping fluidity of melt is improved, and pore size of foamed magnesium alloy becomes homogeneous. With the addition of foaming agent or viscosity-improved agent increases, porosity of foamed magnesium alloy is increased firstly and then decreased. When the addition of foaming agent is 2% or viscosity-increasing agent is 0.1%, the foamed magnesium alloy exhibits desirable porosity. With the increase of the addition of Al in melt, the porosity of foamed magnesium alloy is increased.
