摘 要:研究了直流电侵蚀对电解电容器阳极铝箔的扩面侵蚀形态和比容的影响 ,铝箔杂质、腐蚀液组份、直流电电流密度的影响。结果表明侵蚀电流密度决定铝箔蚀孔的尺寸 ,同一种铝箔的发孔密度随电流密度的增大而增加 ,用Fe和Si杂质含量较少的铝箔有利于提高比容 ;中压箔和高压箔腐蚀发孔腐蚀液用盐酸与硫酸混合液有利于腐蚀箔获得较高的比容值 ;中压箔腐蚀 ,发孔电流密度较小最有利于提高腐蚀箔有较高的比容值 ;高压箔腐蚀 。The technology of aluminum electrolytic capacitor anodic foil was studied to add the aluminum area and gain high capacitance. An investigation was made as to the effect of DC electrolytic etching, on etching morphology、capacitance and weight loss of aluminum electrolytic capacitor anodic foil. The technological parameter include:trace element in aluminum foil, the current density in the step of DC etching, the effect of HCl and H 2SO 4 in the etching solution. The time of DC etching was selected. The technological conditions were selected to gain suitable etching morphology and high capacitance for the particular formation voltage used.
