上颌窦提升牙种植术中窦黏膜穿孔的预防及处理的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨上颌窦黏膜提升牙种植术中窦黏膜穿孔的预防和处理。方法:实施上颌窦提升牙种植术68例,其中外提升术19例,内提升术49例,共植入种植体106颗。结果:9例(13.2%)上颌窦提升术中出现窦黏膜穿孔,其中外提升术穿孔5例,3例经术中修补继续完成牙种植手术,2例穿孔较大,1月后延期进行外提升牙种植术。内提升术穿孔4例,3例经退出1～2 mm后完成牙种植术,1例在1月后完成手术。68例中52例已完成后期修复,种植体无松动,无疼痛。结论:在上颌窦提升术中窦黏膜穿孔后经过细致的手术包括黏膜穿孔后的正确处理仍能取得满意的效果。Objective： To study the prevention and treatment of mucous membrane breakage in maxillary sinus lifting with dental implant. Method： 68 cases were underwent maxillary sinus lifting （106 implants）, Include 19 cases with opening sinus lifting and 49 cases with internal sinus lifting. Result： Mucous membrane breakage were found in 9 patients （13.2 %）, include 5 cases of opening sinus lifting （3 cases were patched up and implanted instantly, 2 cases were underwent sinus lift- ing and imlanting after 1 month）, and 4 cases of internal sinus lifting （implants were made a withdrawal in 1-2 mm and im- planted instantly in 3 eases, implanting was underwent in another case after 1 month）.52 patients have been completed the restoration,the mastication function were normal. Conclusion： Even if mucous membrane breakage,the satisfactory effect can be got by coirect and precise operation in maxillary sinus lifting with dental implant.
