摘 要:合成的新型水溶性磺酸盐共聚物AA/AHPSE对含高浓度ClO-消毒剂介质中的A3 钢具有较好的缓蚀作用。合成中间体ACP及单体AHPSE的两步反应均用正交优化设计试验方案 ,产率均高于 88%。腐蚀试验表明 ,该缓蚀剂经与HEDP及复配试剂Ⅰ复配后缓蚀率大于 90 % 。This paper synthesized a water-soluble copolymer AA/AHPSE which was a good inhibitor to A 3 steel corrosion caused by high concentration of ClO -.The reaction conditions of medium ACP and monomer AHPSE were optimized by orthogonal design and their optimal yields were all above 88%.The corrosion tests showed that the concered inbibitor composed of AA/AHPSE,HEDP and concerted reagent Ⅰ was more efficient than common inhibitors and its inhibiting efficiency was more than 90%.
