摘 要:搭建了实验平台,对"Ω"形轴向槽道铝-丙酮热管进行了性能测试,研究了在不同温度以及充液量下铝-丙酮热管的等温性能和启动时间,并对实验结果进行了分析。研究表明,在同一加热功率下,工质充装量越多,热管的启动时间越长;在工质充装量相同时,加热功率越高,热管的启动时间越短;加热功率较低时,工质充装量越大,等温性能越差;加热功率较高时,工质充装量越大,等温性能越好;该型热管的工作性能良好,可用于低温区的余热回收。A thermal performance test platform for heat pipe was assembled. The heat transfer performances of heat pipes with Ω shape grooves were measured. The influence of temperature of heat source and filling rate on the start-up and the steady-state characteristics of aluminum-acetone heat pipe were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of filling rate, at the same of the input power of heat source, the start-up time increases. With the increasing input power of heat source, at the same of the filling rate, the start-up time decreases. With the increasing of filling rate, at the low input power of heat source, the steady-state characteristic decreases. With the increase of filling rate, at the same of the input power of heat source, the steady-state characteristic increases. The work performance of aluminum-acetone heat pipe with Ω shape grooves is well, which can be used for the low temperature zone of recovery of waste heat.
