摘 要:研究了胶体化学法制备超细透明氧化铁的工艺过程。即:先将亚铁盐氧化成高铁盐,再与碱反应生成氢氧化铁胶体沉淀,洗涤后用三氯化铁溶液胶溶得氢氧化铁水溶胶,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作胶凝处理,然后用有机溶剂进行萃取得有机溶胶,减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂后,再在低于表面活性剂分解温度的温度下进行热处理,便得到对紫外线有优良吸收性能,对可见光具有透明性的超细透明氧化铁颜料。检测证明在低于220℃下热处理时,产品为无定形非晶态、平均直径约为40nm的球状颗粒。在更高的温度下热处理逐渐转变为晶态的α-FeOOH和 α-Fe2O3。本研究对副产绿矾的综合利用有重要意义。This paper studies a process for the preparation of transparent ultra fine iron (III) oxide pigment by the colloid chemical method as follows: Ferrous salt was converted into ferric salt with an oxidizing agent. Ferric hydroxide precipitate was made by the addition of sodium hydroxide solution to ferric salt solution. The precipitate was washed with water, and was peptized by of ferric chloride solution. The positively charged hydrosol was coagulated by the addition of anionic surfactant such as sodium dodecylbenezenesulfonate (SDBS) .The coagulated colloid particles were transferred into organic solvent by shaking. The organic solvent was removed by the distillation under the reduced pressure and transparent ultra fine ferric oxide pigment obtained was thermally treated at a temperature below decomposition temperature of SDBS.The product was analyzed with TG, XRD and TEM. The result shows that it is spherical amorphous particle with an average diameter of 40 nm. The paper think that is of active significance for the comprehensive utilization of by product green vitriol.
