摘 要:研究了热处理及去氢工艺对20Cr2Ni4钢冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,含有氢的20Cr2Ni4钢经淬回火后再进行去氢处理后其冲击韧度急剧下降;然而,若先对20Cr2Ni4钢进行去氢处理,再重新淬回火后钢的冲击性能却又显著提高,这说明去氢工艺对含有氢的20Cr2Ni4钢的冲击性能有十分显著的影响。去氢处理工艺对冲击性能的影响可能与氢在钢中的存在方式有关。去氢后,由氢析出后留下的空位或空洞造成缺陷处应力集中加剧了钢的脆化;而去氢后又重新热处理,钢中既无氢又不存在因氢析出而留下的空位或孔洞,因此导致20Cr2Ni4钢冲击韧度明显提高。The influences of heat treatment and dehydrogenization on the impact toughness of 20Cr2Ni4 steel were studied. The results show that the impact properties of 20Cr2Ni4 steel with hydrogen rapidly by quenching, tempering and dehydrogenating lowtemperature process, however, its properties improve significantly after dehydrogenating relief treatment, quenching and tempering of 20Cr2Ni4 steel. This indicates that the impact properties of 20Cr2Ni4 steel with hydrogen are remarkably affected by the performance of dehydrogenization process, and its influence may be related to the way in which hydrogen exists in steel. After dehydrogenization, vacancies or holes left behind precipitation of hydrogen make the defect that the stress concentration causes the embrittlement of steel, but after dehydrogenization and reheat treatment for the steel, there is neither hydrogen nor vacancies or holes because of precipitation of hydrogen in the steel. Thus it obviously improves the impact toughness of 20Cr2Ni4 steel.
