摘 要:通过浆内添加无机耐高温助剂和表面多层涂布的工艺制备了一种耐高温型离型基纸,研究了施胶剂用量、有机耐高温助剂的用量对耐高温型离型基纸耐温性能的影响,主要进行了耐高温型离型基纸的耐温机理分析及其表面结构表征。结果表明,在纤维的表面形成了一层耐高温薄膜,当纸页在180~200℃下受热时,无机耐高温助剂吸收热量,有机耐高温助剂中的基团如甲基、苯基等发生分解吸收热量,降低纤维表面的温度,防止纤维发生热降解。The heat-resistant release base paper was successfully prepared by adding the heat resistant additives in the pulp and the process of multi-layer coating on the paper surface,and the effects of the amount of sizing agent and heat-resistant additives on the heat-resistant properties were investigated.The surface structure was characterized and the heat-resistant mechanism of the heat-resistant release base paper was analysed.The results demonstrated that a heat-resistant thin film on fiber surface was formed,when the paper was heated under the temperature between 180℃ and 200℃,and the inorganic heat-resistant additives absorbed heat and the methyl and phenyl of the organic heat-resistant additives decomposed that prevented the fiber thermal degradation.
