摘  要:用扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸试验研究了控冷工艺对X100管线钢力学性能和显微组织的影响,用透射电镜对X100高钢级管线钢的微观结构、析出物的形态和分布等进行研究。结果表明:卷取温度和冷却速度显著影响X100管线钢的组织和力学性能。随着卷取温度的降低和轧后冷却速率的升高,试样的强度提高,伸长率下降。以粒状贝氏体GB(Granular Bainite)为主的基体加上少量贝氏体铁素体BF(Bainite Ferrite)及弥散分布的细小M/A构成的组织具有较好的强度和韧性匹配。Effect of controlled cooling on mechanical properties and microstructure of the X100 high strength pipeline steel was studied by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and tensile test.At the same time,the microstructure and the type and distribution of precipitates in the X100 pipeline steel were also investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the X100 pipeline steel are obviously affected by the coiling temperature and the cooling rate.With the coiling temperature decreasing and the cooling rate increasing,strength of the pipeline steel increases,and its total elongation decreases.It is proved that the excellent performance both strength and toughness can be obtained for X100 pipeline steel with the microstructure consisting of granular bainite matrix with a small amount of bainte ferrite and dispersively distributed fine M/A islands.
