补肾中药合剂促进成骨细胞增殖的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的:检测含补肾中药合剂血清对体外培养的人成骨细胞(hFOB 1.19)增殖的影响。方法:通过MTT分别评估低和高剂量含补肾中药血清中成骨细胞分化与增值的能力,BrdU标记法来评估药物血清对细胞增殖的影响。结果:人成骨细胞在含补肾中药血清中培养24h后细胞活力与对照组比较显著增加,有统计学意义(P<0.05);延长培养时间到48h后细胞生长活力进一步增强(P<0.05)。结论:含补肾中药合剂血清可明显促进成骨细胞的增殖。Objective： To examine the effects of the kidney--reinforcing Chinese herbal medicated serum on the proliferation of human osteoblastic cells （hFOB 1.19） cultured in vitro. Methods： The MTT assay was used to eval- uate cell viability （under low and high doses）, BrdU labeling was used to assess the effects of the medicated sera （48 h incubation） on cell proliferation. Results： Exposure of hFOB 1. 19 cells to the prepared medicated sera for 24 h significantly increased cell viability in comparison with the control group （P〈0.05）. Extension of the incubation time to 48 h further augmented cell viability （P〈0.05） and growth appearance. Conclusion： The medicated sera of the kidney--reinforcing Chinese herbal mixture could significantly promote the proliferation of osteoblasts.
