摘 要:股动脉路径是外周、颅内、颅外及冠状动脉介入治疗的常用途径,而穿刺点的围手术期血管并发症仍是每个介入医师时常面对的问题。股动脉介入术后穿刺点止血方法有手工压迫法、机械压迫法、血管闭合器止血等。自20世纪90年代中期以来,随着血管闭合器及各种机械压迫装置的广泛使用,一定程度缩短了术后卧床时间,提高了患者舒适度,但也带来了一些并发症。本文综述目前临床常用的止血方法和相关进展。At the present time trans- femoral access remains the primary approach in performing coronary, eerebrovaseular and peripheral artery interventions. However, the peri- procedural vascular complication of the puncturing point is still a concern that every interventional radiologist has to constantly confront. Hemostatic methods commonly used for trans- femoral access include manual compression, mechanical compression device, vascular closure device, etc. Since the mid-90 th of 20 th century different kinds of mechanical compression device and vascular closure device have been wildly employed in the clinical practice. With the help of these devices the postoperative bed rest time has been shortened to a certain degree and the patient's comfortableness has been greatly improved. Nevertheless, these devices have brought some complications. This paper aims to make a review of various clinically-used hemostatic methods for the puncturing point and to introduce the relevant research progress.
