摘　　要：农村水利的建设与管护关系到农业生产,关系到农民的收入,关系到农村的发展,具有重大意义。调研表明,目前我国农村水利主要存在的问题有现存水利设施质量低、建设资金欠缺、维护制度不完善、农民认识不足等问题。要加快农村水利建设,就要从资金投入、组织建设和制度建设等方面进行完善。The management and maintenance of rural irrigation are related to agricultural production, farmers＇ income, and rural devel opment, so it has a great significance. The research shows that now we have problems in building our rural irrigation, such as low quality, lack of money and maintenance system, and lack of knowledge about the importance of the rural irrigation. In order to build our rural irrigation, we should do something in money input, organization and system construction.
