摘　　要：群体性突发事件是一种复杂的社会现象。当前,我国群体性突发事件时有发生,给社会稳定带来了极大的挑战,因此,如何预防与处置群体性突发事件就显得尤为重要。本文首先对群体性突发事件进行界定,并以对信息社会到来的分析作为铺垫,阐述了处理群体性突发事件以及公开相关政府信息应该坚持的原则,继而提出相关建议。以期引起人们对群体性突发事件及相关信息公开问题的重视。Mass unexpected incident is a complex social phenomenon.At present,China＇s mass unexpected incident occurs sometimes,posed a great challenge to social stability,therefore,how to prevent and handle mass incidents is particularly important.This paper first defines mass unexpected incident,and makes analysis of the arrival of the information society as a foreshadowing,in order to devote the principle of dealing with mass unexpected incident and information,and then makes relevant recommendations.This paper not only theoretically analyzed mass unexpected incident and government information disclosure,and related theory with practice,in order to arouse the awareness of the importance of mass unexpected incident and related information disclosure issues.
