摘 要:采用CFD方法,应用Fluent6.3.26软件对SMX型静态混合器内流场的流动及传热特性进行了数值模拟。通过对不同层流状态计算结果的对比分析可知,SMX型静态混合器对流体有良好的混合和强化传热能力。数值模拟得出,随着雷诺数的增大,流体的压降增大,摩擦因数减小,流经某一截面的流体平均温度降低,传热系数增大;与2个板片的模型相比,4个板片的模型在流动特性上略差,在传热特性和混合方面要强一些。用CFD方法计算的SMX型静态混合器内的流场可为高效SMX型静态混合器内流场的设计提供参考依据。The flow field and heat transfer characteristics in SMX static mixer are simulated with CFD method and Fluent6.3.26 software. According to the comparison of different laminar flow state and analysis of the calculation results, it is known that SMX static mixer has good mixing and heat transfer enhancement capability. Simulation result shows that, with the increase of Reynolds number, the pressure drop increases, the friction coefficient f reduces; flows through a section of the average fluid temperature is lower, heat transfer coefficient Nu increases; compared to the 2 plate models, 4 plate models have worse flow characteristics, but better in heat transfer and mixing aspects. Using CFD method to calculate the SMX static mixer flow field can give ref erence for the design of high performance SMX static mixer.
