摘　　要：分析了高强钢SA-516的化学成分和力学性能,从焊前准备、焊接过程控制、焊后保温及无损检测等方面对在寒冷季节高强钢设备的焊接施工进行了介绍,制造的设备质量良好,达到了相关要求。The analysis was made for SA-516 high strength steel on its chemical composition and mechanical property. The presentation was made for weld preparation, control in welding process, post-weld temperature holding time, and NDT during winter period. The equipment in such process meets the requirement and quality.
