摘　　要：严辑《全北齐文》是研究北齐政治、经济和文化的重要文献之一,但此书成于一人之手,编辑成书时的问题也很多,本文就其中的作者误考、出处不确等问题进行了初步的考辨。＂Quanbeiqiwen ＂ provides an important text to Study of the Northern Wei Dynasty to the political, economic and cultural literature, but the book had be completed by one person, and therefore have a lot of problems in it. this article had a preliminary discussion on the author wrong test, works out as well as re-wen Que falsely recorded in other issues.
