产业转移新趋势与中西部承接对策研究——以安徽为例

摘　　要：国际金融危机使沿海地区劳动密集型产业遭受重创,但也催生了从沿海到内地新一轮产业转移浪潮。文章从后危机时代产业转移的主体、对象、范围、方式、动因和结果等方面阐述了其与以往不同的特点和发展趋势,并以安徽的承接实践为例,对中西部地区承接产业转移问题进行了剖析,指出中西部地区应抓住这一轮产业转移的机遇,清除障碍,采取灵活的承接策略,加快经济转型和结构调整,努力从低端的加工组装向高端制造乃至"创造"攀升,实现产业升级,摆脱落后地位。The international financial crisis has made the labor-intensive industry in the coastal areas suffer a serious defeat,but has also forced the next round transfer wave in China from the coastal areas to the inland. This article makes an analysis of the main body, object, scope, mode, cause and result of the industry transfer in post financial crisis, summarizing its characteristics and development trend. Taking accepting industrial transfer in Anhui Province for example, the article also analyzes the problems of the Midwest area practice in accepting industrial transferring, pointing out that the Midwest area should seize the opportunity to remove obstacles and adopt a flexible undertake strategy, so as to accelerate its economic transformation and structure adjustment, upgrade its industry from assembling to producing or even creating, and finally change its backward status.
