摘　　要：论述了板坯连铸机结晶器专家CMES系统和应用,CMES系统包括漏钢预报系统、热相图等系统,并采用多种策略对粘结性漏钢进行预报,从而提高报出率和降低误报率。The applications of slab caster CER1 mould expert system （CMES） was introduced, which includes the breakout prediction system, mould thermal mapping system and other systems; A variety of strategies was used to predict the mould breakout, improve the prediction rate and decrease the false alarm rate.
