摘  要:结合连铸二冷水水处理工艺以及连铸二冷区的设备特点,对堵塞物成分、形貌、二冷水质、喷嘴结构以及连铸生产过程中的各主要环节进行了分析,找出了影响二冷区喷嘴堵塞的因素。结果表明:连铸二冷水水质及二冷区主要设备的维护是影响喷嘴堵塞的主要原因。采取措施后,二冷区喷嘴堵塞数量大大减少。With the consideration of secondary cooling water treatment process and the features of secondary cooling facilities, the composition, morphology of spray nozzle clogging, secondary cooling water quality, the structure of spray nozzle and main steps during continuous casting are analyzed to find out the reasons of the secondary cooling spray nozzle clogging. The secondary cooling water quality and the maintenance quality of major equipment are the two key factors causing the clogging of spray nozzle. Owing to some corresponding measures, the number of clogged spray nozzles has decreased markedly.
