苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中加氢催化剂脱除研究

摘　　要：采用向含加氢催化剂的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)溶液中加少量水充分混合然后离心分离的方法脱除加氢催化剂。间歇反应时当反应时间为10～30min、搅拌转速大于400r/min、加水量为胶液体积的0.5%～2.0%、离心分离时间大于10min、离心分离转速大于2 000r/min时,SBS中残余镍含量小于10μg/g,温度对脱除效果影响不大,沉淀量占胶液质量的4%～5%。同时采用碟式分离机开展了连续离心分离实验,当停留时间大于10min时经二级离心分离SBS中镍含量小于10μg/g。The hydrogenation catalysts were removed by the mixing of small water with hydrogen- ated styrene-butadiene-styrene-butadiene block copolymer（SBS） solution which contained hydrogena-tion catalysts and then centrifugal separated the mixture. The nickel content is less than 10 μg/g in SBS when batch reaction time between 10-30 min, speed of agitator more than 400 r/min, the water volume within 0. 5 %-2. 0% of hydrogenated SBS solution, the time of centrifugal separation more than 10 min, the speed of centrifugal separation more than 2 000 r/min. There is no effect of reaction temperature on the removal of metal ions. The weight of precipitation is 4%-5% to hydrogenated SBS solution. And also the continuous centrifugal separation test with disc type separator was studied, the nickel content is less than 10 μg/g after two stage centrifugal separation when residence time more than 10 min.
