摘　　要：分析了链板的冲裁工艺,介绍了零件排样、模具结构、模具工作过程及模具关键零件的设计,经生产实践证明:模具结构合理,生产效率高,操作简便,能够满足零件质量和生产的需要。Based on analysis of the blanking process of the silent chain plate, the layout drawing as well as the die structure, the die working process and the design of key units of the die were presented. Production practice proved that the die has reasonable struc- ture, high productivity and simple operation.
