摘　　要：介绍一透明外壳塑件利用液压缸带动推板驱动切刀切断浇口的二次顶出注射模结构,该结构能实现塑件与流道凝料的自动分离,减少塑件成型过程中修剪流道凝料的工序,减轻工人劳动强度,提高注射生产的自动化强度和生产效率。An injection mould for a plastic transparent outer covering was presented in which a secondary ejection mechanism using hydraulic cylinder to drive push plate to move the cutter was applied to automatically cut off the gate. The mechanism can separate the plastic part and the freezing material automatically in the runner, reduce the proce- dures of trimming the freezing material and labor intensity, increase the automation level and improve the productivity.
