摘 要:采用元分析法,运用比值比和随机效应模型确定相对年龄效应对运动员选材与发展的总体影响和调节变量。结果显示:在竞技体育运动中相对年龄效应盛行,其强度是以较小的效应量明显存在运动选材与发展的结构制度中,并伴随相对年龄差异的增加,危险度呈线性增长。年龄分类、技术水平、运动项目是风险度的主要调节变量,具体表现在高度流行的集体球类运动项目、半职业水平和青少年男性中存在相对年龄效应不平等最大强度的危险性。研究者应深入理解放大和缩小相对年龄效应的机制,对实践过程进行调控和评估,以达到减少或消除这种不平等的运动现象。With the method of meta-analysis, the paper takes odd ratio and random effect model to determine the relative age effects on the identification of athlete talent as well as the moderator variable. The results show that it is highly popular for relative age effect in competitive sport. Its strength lies in the structure system of identification and development of athlete talents with the small effect. Also the risk increases linearly with the increase of the relative age difference. Age, skill level, sport game are the major moderator variables of risks, showing themselves in ball games, the highly popular ones, semi-professional level and young male athletes. Therefore, researchers should understand the expansion and contraction mechanism of relative age effect, regulate and assess the practical process in order to reduce or eliminate the social inequality.
