世界大众体育大会的发展

摘　　要：对世界大众体育的理想平台——世界大众体育大会的发展进行研究,分析大众体育与群众体育的表述,探讨世界大众体育大会的创办背景、发展历程、运作形式、特点与主题变化以及举办意义,20世纪80年代中期以来,国际奥委会日渐认识到大众体育的重要性,设立大众体育委员会,举办世界大众体育大会,讨论大众体育问题。举办的14届世界大众体育大会致力于加强全世界大众体育的普及和教育,关注人类的健康和未来的发展,在竞技体育快速发展的同时强化大众体育的历史使命,并着手解决世界大众体育发展过程中碰到的具体问题。The authors studied the development of World Sport for All Congress-an ideal platform for world sport for all, analyzed the expression of sport for all and mass sport, probed into establishment background, development course, operating form, characteristics and theme changes and holding significance of World Sport for All Congress. Since the mid 1980＇s, International Olympic Committee has gradually realized the importance of sport for all, established Sport for All Committee, held World Sport for All Congress, discussed issues about sport for all. The held 14th World Sport for All Congress devoted itself to promoting the popularization and education of world sport for all, focused on human health and future development, intensified the historical mission of sport for all while competitive sports was booming, and started to solve specific issues encountered in the process of development of world sport for all.
