摘　　要：对CBA俱乐部准入制度进行了研究,研究认为:CBA俱乐部准入制度从禁止博彩业背景的投资主体成为俱乐部股东、禁止外资企业在俱乐部中控股、禁止俱乐部关联所有权等对俱乐部业主资格进行限制,并从俱乐部治理结构等限制俱乐部资格;而为了确保俱乐部参赛资格,对俱乐部的主场区域分布及迁移进行限制,并且实施俱乐部准入累积扣分制度。2010-2011赛季CBA与NBL联盟更多地体现为竞争关系,而之前CBA与NBL联盟之间体现更多的是合作关系。The authors studied the admittance system of CBA clubs, and put forward the following opinions： The admittance system of CBA clubs restricted club owner qualification in such aspects as banning investors with a lottery industry background from becoming club shareholders, banning foreign enterprises＇ holding of the clubs, banning correlative club ownership, and restricted club qualification in such aspects as club management structure; in order to ensure the game participating qualification of the clubs, the admittance system of CBA clubs restricted the regional distribution and migration of the home courts of the clubs, and implemented an accumulated club admit- tance score deduction system; In 2010-2011 game season, the relationship between CBA and NBL showed more as a competition relationship; before that, the relationship between CBA and NBL showed more as a cooperation relation ship.
