摘　　要：(Q,R)库存模型是库存管理中的重要模型,而目前关于(Q,R)库存模型的研究常常假设提前期为常数,但在现实生产中,提前期很少是常数。文章在前人研究的基础上,将提前期视为随机变量,建立了基于随机需求、随机提前期的(Q,R)库存模型,最后通过一个实例验证了模型的科学性和实用性。The （Q,R） inventory model is the important model for inventory management, And also at present, the research about （Q,R） inventory model often assumes that lead time is a constant, But in the fact, lead time is not a constant. In this paper, we will set a （Q,R） inventory model based stochastic lead time and analyses the sensitivity of the related parameters,Finally, we use an example to show that the model is scientific and practical.
