摘　　要：在理论上对治理结构和治理绩效以及出生人口性别比的公共治理研究进行了全面系统的评述,基于公共治理结构对治理绩效影响的概念模型,通过构建公共治理结构与出生人口性别比治理绩效的分析框架,阐明二者关联的潜在机制和路径;该分析框架将有助于深化我们对于目前中国的出生人口性别比公共治理的认识和了解,为中国未来的性别失衡治理工作调整及完善提供科学的理论,为进一步的实证研究提供参考依据。we make a theoretical, comprehensive and systematic comment on the study of the governance structure and performance of public governance and the sex ratio at birth. Based on the model of the concept of the impact of public governance on the governance performance, and by constructing the analytic framework of the governance performance of public governance structure and sex ratio at birth, we explain the potential mechanism and path associated with the two aspects. The analytic framework will contribute to the deepening of the cognition and understanding of the current public governance of Chinese sex ratio at birth to provide a scientific theory for the future adjustment and perfection of the gender imbalance governance in China, and offer reference basis for further empirical study.
