国外高校学生伤害事故处理经验与借鉴——以美国、英国和日本为例

摘　　要：介绍了美英日三国在高校学生伤害事故处理中的相关处理理念、组织机构、处理程序等经验,并结合我国实际,提出针对性的建议,以期对我国高校学生伤害事故的处理有所帮助。This paper briefly introduces the treatment experience for the United States, British and Japan in university students＇ injury accident, which handling the relevant processing concept, organization, processing procedure of experience. By combining with the reality of our country, corresponding suggestions were puts forward to help our country＇s university students＇ injury accident treatment.
