串行生产系统中质量控制问题的最优化

摘　　要：作为应用质量控制领域中一个非常活跃也十分重要的研究方向 ,质量检验策略问题中的检验站配置及质量检验水平控制这两类特殊问题得到了充分的重视。基于现有研究 ,提出了质量检验策略问题的一般性模型 ,同时指出检验站配置问题及质量检验水平控制问题是一般性模型的特例。给出了用模拟退火算法求解问题的最优策略 ,并用一些实例加以分析讨论 。This paper is concerned with the problem of inspection policies in a multistage serial production system. Based on the models for locating inspection stations and inspection level control, a generalized model was presented, and based on simulated annealing a stochastic search algorithm was developed. At the same time, it had been proved that the existing models locating inspection stations and inspection level control were the special cases of the generalized model here. Several examples were solved using the algorithm. The outcomes achieved here are better than those of the previous methods. In certain situations, optimal solutions are accessed.
