摘　　要：该文设计和实现了DM365网络视频监控系统中JRTPLIB库的移植及实现,重点介绍了JRT-PLIB库在DM365开发板中的移植过程以及传输数据的过程。采用支持H.264编解码的DM365开发板来进行二次开发,并利用开源库JRTPLIB,实现RTP协议传输视频数据。最后分3种网络状况测试。This paper designs and realizes the transplant and implementation of JRTPLIB in DM365 video surveillance system.The key points are the transplant of the JRTPLIB in DM365 developing board and the process of data transmission.In this paper,use the DM365 developing board which supports H.264 coding and decoding.By using JRTPLIB,realize that the RTP protocol transfers the video data.Finally,test in three different networks.
