浅析我国突发事件应急管理制度

摘　　要：突发事件的不期而至,使应急管理制度研究成为现阶段我国政府治理与和谐社会建设的一个重大领域。本文介绍了突发事件应急管理制度的背景,分析了目前我们应急管理制度存在的突出问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的完善建议。同时提出要注重应急管理的基础理论研究和学术创新,推动我国应急管理研究在繁荣中规范与发展。With unexpected emergencies,the study of the law of emergency management has become a significant field of our government＇s management and harmonious social construction at present.This article introduces the background of the law of emergency management and analyzes its existing problems.Finally,some suggests are put forward.Meanwhile,it＇s also important to pay attention to the research and creation of foundation theories of emergency management,thus to promote the standardization and development of our country＇s emergency management in the prosperous society.
