摘　　要：西部高校留学生教育工作起步晚、起点低、教育发展水平还有待提高。发现西部高校留学生管理中存在的问题,使留学生管理从一贯的经验化到科学化转换,使其规范化、系统化,使其能有效弥补西部地区的弱势,为增加西部高校留学生数量和提高留学生管理质量起到积极的促进作用。International education in western China started late in a low point,so it needs a great developing.Focusing on the international student＇s administration problems in the universities in western China,this essay raises some solutions to changing empirical administration into scientific,standardized and systematic administration,which can effectively remedy the regional weakness and play a positive role in increasing the number of international students and improving the quality of international student administration in the universities in western China.
