摘 要:永磁电机运行过程中的电气参数数据的实时采集和存储对状态监测具有重要意义,它能提供充分详细的状态信息和故障信息。在某些场合,数据不能直接传至上位机,故电气参数数据的采集量受数据存储空间的大小限制。由于TMS320F2812片上的存储空间有限,不能很好地满足连续采集的需求,必须外扩存储器,故设计了以TMS320F2812作为主控芯片,以M25P64作为存储芯片,上位机以个人计算机为核心的采集存储显示系统。Permanent magnet motor during the operation of the electrical parameters of real time data acquisition, storage was vital for condition monitoring, it could provide full and detailed condition and fault information. In some special occasions, the data could not be directly transmitted to the host computer, the electrical parameters of the amount of data collection by the data storage space limitations. Chip memory of TMS320F2812 could not be well satisfy the permanent magnet motor continuous data collection requirements, must be expanded memory, so TMS320F2812 as the main control chip, M25P64 as memory chip, PC personal computer as the host computer the collection storage and disolav system was designed.
