摘 要:高压湿式潜水电机转子在水中旋转,产生的水摩擦损耗比普通电机的空气摩擦损耗高得多,在电机总损耗中占有较大的比重。电机转速、气隙结构及转子表面的粗糙度都影响电机的水摩擦损耗,准确计算水摩擦损耗相当困难。以6 kV-3 150 kW-4P电机为例,利用流体力学理论和摩擦学原理,建立了流体场模型,基于该模型对影响水摩擦损耗的因素进行了分析。将计算结果与利用空载试验得到的水摩擦损耗进行比对,证明了该方法的正确性。The water friction was produced by the High pressure wet submersible motor rotor that span in the water consumption more than general motor, and had greater importance in total consumption of motor. It was difficult to calculate water friction consumption. Because the water friction consumption of motor was affected by the motor speed, air gap structure and the rotor surface roughness. The 6 kV -3 150 kW -4P motor was used as an example. The fluid mechanics theory and the tribological principle were used, at last the fluid field model was established. The water friction consumption of influence factors were analyzed based on the model. Finally the calculated results was compared with the water friction consumption by used no-load test, and proved that this method was accurate.
