摘　　要：本文从特色馆藏的分类和重要性入手,针对高校图书馆特色馆藏建设过程中存在的一些普遍性的问题进行了分析,提出了构建特色馆藏应建设好专业人才队伍,正确选择建设特色馆藏的方向,加强对本校特色资源、本校重点学科和地方灰色文献的收藏和建设等观点。This paper has discussed the classification and importance of a characteristic collection in a university library, and analyzed some universal problems in the construction of such a collection. It has also suggested that for a university library to construct a characteristic collection, emphasis should be given to the training of professionals, the right choice of specialized fields, and the collecting of the unique university resources and local grey literature.
