摘  要:近十年是我国高等教育迅猛发展的黄金时期,在信息时代遭遇高校发展的高峰,是图书馆工作的新命题和新挑战。面对读者服务工作的新形势,本文在简要分析现状的基础上,重点提出了制度化管理、内强素质、外树形象、馆员轮岗、学科馆员、协作机制等应对策略,对明晰读者服务工作思路具有一定的启发性。We have seen the rapid development of China' s higher education in the recent decade. The experience of the height of university development in this information era has brought new tasks and challenges to readers' service work of university libraries. Based on a brief analysis of the new situation, this paper suggests that the readers' service of a university library should focus on aspects as to strengthening institutionalized management, improving qualities inside, projecting right images outside, rotating jobs, becoming a subject librarian and coordinating, etc. These countermeasures may give the library some enlightenment on its readers' service.
