摘　　要：2009年-2010年,对不同性别、不同年龄的76峰阿拉善双峰驼斯氏副柔线虫(Parabronema skrjabini)感染情况和病理变化进行了研究。结果显示,被调查的76峰阿拉善双峰驼中有66峰感染斯氏副柔线虫感染率高达86.9%,最大感染强度为995条/峰。大量感染虫体的骆驼真胃组织有许多淋巴细胞浸润,并有代替正常组织细胞的现象,真胃於血明显。调查提示阿拉善双峰驼斯氏副柔线虫感染严重,对养驼业有较大危害,应对其加强防治和研究。During 2009 to 2010,a total of 76 camels with different sex and ages were studied on infection situation of Parabronema skrjabini and its pathological lesions.The results showed that 66 camels were infected with P.skrjabini.The infective rate was as high as 86.9 percent and the maximum infection intensity was 995 nemotodes per camel.Serious infection of P.skrjabini could lead to lymphocyte infiltration which insteaded normal tissue cells in abomasum tissue,and congestion was also observed obviously.The investigation indicated that Alashan bactrian camels were severely infected with P.skrjabini which has a great damage to camel breeding industry.So the disease should be controlled and studied deeply.
