伪狂犬病病毒HB-98株不同保存条件下病毒含量的比较

摘　　要：将同一批次的伪狂犬病病毒HB-98株病毒液与同一条件下冻干生产的成品分别在2℃～8℃和-20℃以下保存,间隔一定时间分别测定其病毒含量。发现无论在何种环境下保存,随着时间的推移,病毒含量趋于下降。但在一定时期内,病毒液在不同保存条件下病毒含量有明显区别,在2℃～8℃保存明显好于在-20℃以下保存;冻干后的成品在两种存放条件下短期存放则无明显区别。The same batch of pseudorabies virus HB-98 strain virus liquid and freeze drying products were preserved in 2℃-8℃ and below-20℃.The results showed that no matter in what preservation conditions,the virus content decreased with the time.But in a certain period of time,the viral content of virus liquid had significant differences under different preservation conditions,it significantly better in 2℃-8℃ than that below-20℃.The freeze-drying product in two was conditions of short-term storages had no obvious difference.
