贵州省牛羊衣原体感染血清学调查

摘　　要：用间接血凝试验(IHA)对采自贵州省内838份牛血清、515份羊血清进行衣原体抗体检测。结果表明,抗体阳性牛血清24份,阳性率为2.86%,牛群阳性率为39.13%;抗体阳性羊血清186份,阳性率为36.12%,羊群阳性率为89.47%。调查表明贵州省部分牛群和羊群存在不同程度的衣原体感染。Serum samples from 838 cattle and 515 goats in Guizhou province were examined for antibodies against chlamydial species by indirect hemagglutination assay（IHA）.The results showed that 24 cattle samples（2.86% of total） and 186 goat samples（36.12% of total） were chlamydial seropositive,with the positive rate of herds at 39.13% and 89.47%,respectively.The results showed the prevalence of chlamydial infection in some herds in Guizhou province.
