摘 要:目的探讨肾脏疾病患儿中血清胱抑素C及血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、血清β2微球蛋白检测的临床意义。方法采用微粒子增强比浊法测试胱抑素C。同时检测血肌酐(Cr)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果各组肾功能指标皆不同程度高于正常对照组,肾功能正常组Cr、BUN、CCr与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Cys C、β2-MG与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Cys C与Cr、BUN、β2-MG呈高度正相关,与CCr呈高度负相关。结论胱抑素C是反映小儿肾小球滤过率的重要指标,是肾功能损害早期的敏感指标。在儿童肾病的早期诊断中具有指导意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum concentrations of Cystatin C(Cys C), urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) and β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) in children kidney disease. Methods The corpuscle enhanced immunoturbidimetric method was adopted to detect the concentration of serum Cys C. On the other hand, BUN, Cr, O2-MG, and creatinine clearance rate (CcR) were detected too. Results The indicators of kidney disease are all higher than those of the control group. The concentrations of Cys C and β2-MG in normal kidney function group were statistically different from the control group (P〈0.05), while the BUN, Cr and CcR values had no statistical difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). In addition, the Cys C concentration was highly positively correlated with BUN, Cr, β2-MG concentrations, and highly negatively correlated with the CcR value. Conclusion The serum Cys C is an important indicator of glomerular filtration rate (GFR), and is a sensitive indicator of early impairment of renal function. The serum concentration of Cys C is essential for early diagnosis of children kidney diseases.
