颅颈交界区疾病的椎动脉变异与个性化手术

摘　　要：随着颈椎外科研究的不断深入,颅颈交界区疾病的诊疗技术也取得了长足发展。但是,椎动脉在颅颈交界区存在较多的解剖变异,可能影响手术的显露及内固定的置入,甚至造成椎动脉损伤。因此,应制定个体化的手术方案,加强对优势椎动脉的保护,尽量避免其损伤。该文阐述了椎动脉变异及其影响、颅颈交界区个性化手术方案等内容。As the cervical spine surgery researches are in progress,the diagnosis and treatment technology of the craniocervical junction diseases have developed considerably.However,in the craniocervical junction area,the operation of exposure and fixation of the implant would be affected if the vertebral artery of individual patient has anatomic variation,and then the vertebral artery maybe even be damaged.Therefore,the individualized operation scheme should be developed,and the dominant vertebral artery should be protected effectively to avoid the injury.In this paper,the vertebral artery variation and its influence on the craniocervical junction procedure,as well as the design of the personalized operation program are elaborated.
